One of my new products!! This is a mega magnesium soak, there's 5 soaks per 2 1/2 lb bag. simply add 1 cup to warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes! With 2 types of magnesium and Himalayan pink salt, this powerhouse is great for joint and muscle pain, headaches, skin issues, inflammation, sleep, and more.

I found that most magnesium supplements taken orally do not get absorbed by the body very well. But, soaking in it is one of the best ways to get it absorbed into your body. The spray or magnesium butter that we make are also better ways to get the magnesium absorbed into the body. My researching has also found that most people are deficient in magnesium!

Our sister store, luxurious soap and skin care products!

Since I am back where this all began 12 years ago, (OBX, NC) I was sitting here thinking about my soap! (yes I am on vacation, yes I continue to work, and yes, think about the business while here, lol)

A great thing about my soaps is that they contain pure goats milk, premium oils and butters, some of which are organic, and quality essential oils and/or fragrance oils, all made in small batches that produce high quality, luxurious soaps, for you to enjoy!! Even after 12 years, I absolutely love what I do and judging by the hundreds of happy customers, you all love it too!

We are fully stocked at Rockville Retro and you can pick up our soap there this week (Wed - Sun 11 am to 5 pm) and also at the Parke County Farmers Market this Saturday (9 to 1). We'll be back in the shop on the 22nd and I have already formulated a recipe for a new item that will be coming to Rockville Retro soon!

Thank you to all who came out to the 1st annual Bridgeton craft and plant show!

Also thank you to the folks who shopped at my booth in Rockville Retro today, and well actually, this entire month! Its been an awesome month for this little business, and the month isn't even over yet!!

She's the smallest of our 9 dogs, but thinks she's the toughest, she bullies the others and she gets to go to work with me daily and sleeps in a Longaberger basket on my desk all day. She runs up and down the halls at work in the mornings and greets everyone.
