October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year’s theme says it all: “Every story is unique, every journey matters.”
Join us Monday, Oct 19th for our Breast Cancer Awareness workout at the 5:30am, 10:00am, and 3:30pm group exercise classes. Wear pink to show support for those impacted! 💗

Also this month:
💪 27 days of working on YOU during staffed hours or group exercise classes!
🗓️Our Saturday hours run 7:30am to 12:00pm, including Extreme HIIT. A great workout, with an even better community!
🥊 Meet our member spotlight, Mrs. Jan Ellis of our Rock Steady Boxing program. Mrs. Jan is such a sweet soul and brings so much laughter and fun to our group. Parkinson’s is such an unpredictable beast. We have a great community and support system in place with our Rock Steady Boxing program.
