Today, we celebrated a milestone that means more to us than any number ever could.

In just two weeks since opening our doors, we had the privilege of caring for our 100th patient.

Behind every appointment is a story. A woman searching for answers. A woman who wanted to be heard. A woman who deserved time, compassion, and care.

Over the last two weeks, we have been trusted with 100 stories, and we are incredibly grateful for every single one.

For a long time, I prayed for the life I’m living now.

Today, watching my daughter run through the yard with my Dad’s kite, reminded me that some of life’s most beautiful things aren’t things at all.

They’re moments. I wish he could help them make it fly just one more time. 🥹

Your period is more than “just a period.”

Heavy bleeding is common, but it is not always normal.

Many women are told to simply “deal with it” without realizing that soaking through products, passing large clots, severe fatigue, or bleeding heavily month after month can be signs of an underlying condition.

Knowing what is considered a normal amount of menstrual blood loss can help you advocate for yourself, ask questions, and seek care sooner.
