💙 Meet & Greet Monday! 💙

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to one of our hygienist Nicole! 🦷✨

Since 2012, Nicole has been dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their oral health. As a gentle and compassionate dental hygienist, one of her greatest priorities is helping patients who may feel nervous or anxious about dental care.

Nicole understands that the dental chair can be an intimidating place for some patients, so she takes the time to listen, explain what she’s doing, and never makes patients feel rushed or judged. She believes in meeting every patient where they are and creating a calm, relaxed environment where they can feel safe and heard.

Her gentle approach, patience, and genuine care helps ease dental anxiety and makes appointments feel a little less overwhelming. She loves building real relationships with her patients and treating every person who walks through the door like family.

Outside of the office, Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two young sons. As a family, they love enjoying everything the PNW has to offer, taking weekend getaways, and creating lasting memories.

Manual or electric toothbrush… which one is better?

The answer: the one you’ll use consistently! 😁

Both can effectively clean your teeth when used properly, but electric toothbrushes can be especially helpful for patients who have trouble with technique, brushing too hard, or reaching every area of their mouth.

No matter which brush you choose:
✅ Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day
✅ Use gentle pressure
✅ Replace your brush head every 3 months (or sooner if worn)

This week we're introducing Shannon, one of our amazing dental hygienists! 🦷💙

Shannon began her dental career as a dental assistant for 5 years before becoming a hygienist, and she's now been caring for patients for the past 13 years. Her experience on both sides of dentistry helps her provide exceptional care. She loves building relationships with her patients, understanding their needs, and treating everyone like family.

When she's not in the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two boys, traveling, and making the most of summer outdoors with her family.
