A little Tip!
If something isn't working out for you, you're being asked, "Are you going to fight for it?" or "Are you holding on too tight for it?"
Sometimes we want something so badly that we put our ALL into it, and even continuing it after it's done been fizzled out.
This is where DISCERNMENT plays a big factor.
Let's give an example, shall we!
Let's say you really want this specific job to work out.
You put in a lot of overtime, energy and give extra whenever you can, in hopes that you'll be recognized for it.
Months down the line, maybe even years, you're finding that you're being noticed less for doing more.
You decide that maybe another opportunity will come up within your work facility where you can excell and succeed better.
More time passes.
It's become long enough to where you're getting burnt out, your mental health is plummeting and you don't have a sense of direction anymore.
Each time something rough happens, you convince yourself that "going through hard things brings an easier Life".
WRONG.
————
What ends up happening is that your sense of hope turns into false security.
Now that doesn't mean you're not financially secure.
The job may bring you in enough income to pay your bills every month.
But the security you're losing is the one within yourself.
Trusting yourself.
Having a stable foundation to leap off of.
Not taking your own mental health seriously.
Burning yourself out and contuining to push yourself into the flames anyways.
It's a terrible, horrific cycle that can only stop and end with YOU.
YOU have to make that choice.
The choice to:
Put yourself first.
Care about your well being.
Fill your own cup before anyone else's.
For a job that treats you like a number instead of a human being—
That is where your problems lie.
If you treat yourself a certain way, your environment and the people around you start to reflect how you feel about yourself.
Life isn't going to be perfect until you make it that way!
Remember: Life remembers those who see the positives, are understanding of give and take.
Life gives good things when you're giving good things to yourself.
That means saying kinder phrases to yourself.
Stopping yourself before saying something mean, rude or insignificant about yourself.

Now!
There are times where Life wants you to keep pursuing something and NOT give up.
What's the difference?
How can you know?
Think of something that truly kindles you joy.
It could be a hobby, a passion, a career, a friend, etc...
What about that brings you joy?
Do you have goals set out for that joy?
If you're drawn to something, and it tends to be longer-term—
Something you could see yourself doing for a long period of time..
This is where Spirit doesn't want you to give up.
Not easily at least!
If you're learning a new skill or craft or hobby..
Even if it's even learning a new spot to drive to—
Don't give up.
Patience is a virtue!
