I jokingly tell clients they I was raised on Harleys, horses and hot rods, and that I don't know how I ended up being this zen promoting, aromatherapy person.

Yet here we are and the two can live together. And this is exactly what we are going to create at Palarm Creek Farms

Entering the next season of life, I went back to my roots. I grew up at Rodney’s Cycle Shop. I got to see bikes get built and painted by the LEGENDS 💛

I'm so grateful for this journey... for the people who have raised me... for the ppl who have and cont to pour into me.

There is nothing like a genuine tribe 🫶

It’s the vision of creating Central Arkansas’ first
Whole Health Epicenter — a place where healing, restoration, and community come together.

We are building a space that will include:
🐴 Equine wellness programs
🥾 Walking trails
🧘‍♀️ Zen garden + restorative spaces
🤍 Workshops, coaching, and community healing experiences

A place for those carrying burnout, trauma, stress, and life’s heavy seasons to finally exhale.

Right now, we need support to continue building the dream — including our immediate needs for fencing and development of the equine wellness area.

Exciting things are happening!

We are so excited to possibly partner with Natural State Recovery to begin building an Equine Wellness Program on-site — creating opportunities for healing, connection, emotional regulation, and restoration through the power of horses and nature.

This is exactly why Palarm Creek Farms exists:
To bring whole-health healing into our community in meaningful and accessible ways.

As we begin working through the logistics and development on the back end, we are asking for community support to help us get this program started.
