For June, I’m teaching a few more classes and changing up my times a little bit

It’s summer time and time to relax. In my classes, we do a little bit of yin yoga followed by a soundbath. This is your time to reset, relax, and reconnect with your body

June is another busy month. Lots of events and places to see me in person 😊

Next weekend is This is my first year being a vendor and I’m super excited. I attended as a shopper last year and had such an amazing experience! I got to meet a lot of great people.

I’ll be at the Youngsville Farmer’s Market again this month as well as in Carencro and Plaquemine. These are always amazing shows and so fun to be a part of.

We’re hosting another breathwork event in June. Our last 2 have been amazing. I can’t wait for this next one! Our Breath of Life events are hosted at in Lafayette.

Paths to Restoration is also where I’m teaching yin yoga. My classes are about an hour long. We do 40 mins of yin followed by 20 minute soundbath. If you need an hour to yourself, this is the place to be. The space is super calming and amazing for resetting your nervous system.

I’m also hosting a women’s circle in June at Paths. Sacred Conversations will be a monthly women’s circle. We’ll get together and have conscious conversation around a specific topic. I’m super excited to be hosting this

and I are hosting Calm Waves. It’s a soundbath for neurodivergent youth. This hour long event is designed to support regulation, relaxation, and emotional ease for neurodivergent kids. The summer sessions do have limited space so if you’re interested, sign up before spots are full
