Lily's phone buzzed before she entered the hallway. A message said, "If you do not answer now, everyone will know you are afraid." Schammy asked, "What if we pray before opening the app?"

Philippians 4:6-7 invites us to bring every concern to God. Daniel 1:8 shows a decision made before the difficult moment. And 1 Corinthians 10:13 reminds us that God is faithful and provides a way to obey. The Holy Spirit helps without contradicting God's Word.

Try this pause:
- Name the real pressure.
- Pray, "Jesus, form Your response in me."
- Read one verse before opening the app that pressures you most.
