I had the opportunity to participate in the Magic Wand study led by Dr. Candice Hargons.

Now October 21st. is the release date for this six-part audio series hosted by Danielle Bezalel, MPH, bringing the research to life with insights from Dr. Hargons and Emily Nagoski, Ph.D.

As a participant and s3x educator, I’m excited to see this conversation reach more people. Pleasure deserves attention, curiosity, and a place in our everyday lives.

Happy Sexual Freedom Day!

September 23 honors the legacy of Victoria Woodhull. A fierce advocate for equality, bodily autonomy, and free love who challenged the rules of her time and became the first woman to run for U.S. President.

Sexual freedom means the freedom to explore, express yourself, set your boundaries, embrace your desires, and connect authentically with consent and respect at the center.

Today we celebrate those who pushed boundaries before us—and the freedom to keep pushing them forward.
