I got a massage from Shawna today because the right side of my neck has been a MESS lately 😅

And let me tell you… she worked that thing every way possible. Side lying, face up, face down. Elbows, cups, fingers, stretching, and a technique she has comically named “knife hand” 😂

What I love about her work is that she knows how to actually target the issue without making the entire session feel like nonstop “hurt so good.” She blends in just enough relaxation that your nervous system can actually calm down while she works through the problem.

I’m so thankful not only that she works in my practice, but that she’s one of MY massage therapists too. She genuinely has a gift for helping when something feels off in the body.
