National Night Out is all about bringing neighbors, local organizations, businesses, and first responders together to strengthen community connections and celebrate what makes Voorhees such a special place to live and work.

The Voorhees Business Association was excited to see so many of our members, including Maryville Integrated Care and Voorhees Living Magazine, come out to support this wonderful event. It’s always inspiring to see local businesses and organizations showing up, getting involved, and giving back to the community they serve every day.

🐾 Looking for a fun, family-friendly event? Our friends and valued VBA member, the Animal Welfare Association (AWA), are hosting their FREE Family Fun Night on Saturday, July 25, from 4–7 PM, and everyone is invited!

Bring the whole family out for an afternoon of smiles, games, and hands-on fun, including:

🩺 Vet for a Day: Pretend Pet Clinic – Kids can step into the role of a veterinarian and care for their “patients.”

🎨 Face Painting – Choose your favorite design and let your imagination shine!

🎯 Lawn Games, Photo Booth & More – Plus paint the AWA van, enjoy popsicles, delicious food, and other family-friendly activities.

🐶 Special surprise character appearance and plenty of opportunities to learn more about the incredible work AWA does for animals in our community.

As proud supporters of our VBA members, we encourage you to come out, have fun, and show some love to one of Voorhees’ wonderful nonprofit organizations.

🎉 What a debut! 🎉

Today we rolled out something completely different at the Voorhees Business Association lunch at Elena Wu… and WOW, you all showed up! 🚐🎶

Meet the Retro Modern Events Party Bus, a vintage VW bus transformed into a mobile DJ booth, photo booth, karaoke stage, and instant conversation starter. Watching everyone gather around, dance, snap photos, and experience it for the first time was so much fun!

A huge thank you to Retro Modern Events for bringing the energy, Elena Wu Restaurant & Sushi Bar for hosting another fantastic lunch, and everyone who came out to network, connect, and support our local business community.

This is exactly what the VBA is all about, creating experiences that make networking memorable. I’d say this debut was a success! 💚

🎉 What a fantastic afternoon welcoming Harmony Diner to Voorhees! 🎉

Today’s Voorhees Business Association Networking Lunch was extra special as we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the only diner in town. We were honored to be among the first guests served and to officially welcome Harmony Diner to the Voorhees business community.
