I love teaching yoga because it gives me an opportunity to speak words of encouragement and the truth and good news of the gospel, which brings spiritual and physical healing to others.

Today, I invite you to pay attention to yours words. Don’t allow negativity and complaining to sour your words. Make an effort to impart positive words that will bring sweetness to a bitter soul and healing to a heavy heart.

The job, the house, the new car, the guy, the (fill in the blank) nothing can make you feel whole or appease that unspecified longing. Only Jesus can! Only His suficiente and abound grace can make you feel whole. Choose Him and be satisfied ✨

Have you ever experienced feelings of being unworthy? I know I have. I have felt the heavy weight of guilt and actually thought “How can God love me when I did this And did that.” The enemy turns our minds against us with nasty convictions to rob us of our faith and destiny.

But, as believer in Christ, we must know that we are NOT the sum of our past mistakes! We have been forgiven and redeemed. Christ have already paid for our sins on the cross. Yeah, remember now??? We were bough at a very high price—we are worth EVERYTHING!
