Take a few minutes today to:
📞 Write down important phone numbers.
🛡️ Place the list in a waterproof bag along with copies of your:

Insurance card
Medicare card
Driver's license

Also include contact information for:
✔️ Family members
✔️ Emergency contacts
✔️ Doctors
✔️ Pharmacy
✔️ Insurance company
✔️ A trusted neighbor
