Who needs a bodyworker to report for duty?

🫵👱‍♀️

If you’ve got nagging spots that need some work or just need some magical razzmatazz to help you unwind, I’ll come to you!

I’m Liz! I'm currently in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at UT Health Sciences working on my dream of becoming a physical therapist, specializing in manual therapy. When I am not at school, I like to fill my schedule with people I can share my gift with. I do myofascial release, trigger point work, decompression, and assisted stretching. I also keep my tools on standby so I can tailor the session to whatever you’ve got going on!

I offer 90-120 minute full-body resets and 5-30 minute sessions for groups and events. I can bring a massage chair or table!

I recently did 15 minute sessions at the cute swanky gym in Arlington, LiveFit 901, and everyone wanted more time! I’ll be returning with 30 minute sessions, and I’m ready to work with more groups!

Whether you’re having friends over, your office crew needs some work, or you just want a session for yourself or you and your person, I am easy to work with! I also work with kids who are sore from sports, with a parent present.

The comments I hear most after a session? “Oh wow, I didn’t know how badly I needed that!” and “I feel so much taller!” Never gets old. 🙌

Message me with what you’re interested in, and I’ll send you pricing!

Monday is my first day of PT school! Crazy, right?!🤯

Starting Monday, my availability will be:
✨ Weekdays: 5:00–9:00 PM
✨ Weekends: Anytime

If you're hurting, stressed, or just want to treat yourself for an hour or two, let me take care of you. I'd love to work out whatever's bothering you and help you feel better!

I love treating clients in their own homes because when we're done, you don't have to go anywhere. You can just relax and enjoy the rest of your day. If it's easier to come to me, established and referred clients are always welcome at my place in East Memphis.

I'm so excited to start this next chapter, but these bills don't stop. If your body has been asking for a reset, I'd love to take care of you. Shoot me a message and let's schedule your Reset with Liz.😎

My birthday is Friday 😎🎉 and honestly the best way to celebrate is staying busy doing what I love.

If your body isn't cooperating with you or your stress levels are through the roof, let me pull up and reset all that. 💆‍♀️✨

Help me celebrate by taking care of YOU 🤍

I went a little quiet on here, but it’s been for a good reason.

When I’m not with clients, every bit of my energy has been going into moving. I’ll be living in a home that’s been passed down in my family, and it just makes sense for this next chapter, especially with PT school starting in August. I’m really grateful to be at this stage of my life.

This move has been more than physical. I’ve had to let go of a lot, things that weren’t even mine but belonged to my parents and grandparents. It’s rough letting go of what feels like pieces of your former life. At the same time, that’s growth, and I do feel lighter.

Minimalism isn’t new to me, I’ve been wanting this for a long time… but life. I’m finally stepping into it, and I actually love it (minus my exercise and recovery equipment… that’s staying 😅).

This whole process has made me realize what actually matters. If you still have people in your life who genuinely care about you, hold onto them and cherish every minute with them. Life is short, and people who truly have your best interest at heart are rare.

Switching gears, I’ll be working on UFC fighters at Minglewood this weekend!🔥
Doors open at 5 on Saturday if you want to come out:

I can finally see the light at the end of this move, and I’m ready to go all in on building my bodywork business. It’s already growing faster than I expected, and I haven’t even started PT school yet. I truly love helping people feel relief. This doesn’t even feel like work to me. Sessions are something I look forward to.

Lean into what you’re good at and what you love. It might start slow, but that’s how you build something real. Stay consistent. Keep grinding. And if you’ve already built the life you want, I’m happy to join the club.

And seriously, if you haven’t used it in over a year, consider letting it go.

Big news!

I’ve officially opened up space inside Tres Magnifique Salon at Whitten and Hillshire! I’ll be booking Reset Sessions there every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

The luxury of my mobile sessions has always been about bringing relief directly to you which allows you stay in your own environment without the stress of a commute afterward.

However, I know home isn’t always the quietest place. If pets, family, or daily distractions make it hard for you to truly let go, this new salon space is for you. It’s a dedicated, quiet environment where you can fully focus on your recovery.

Don't let pain hold you back. Whether you need me to come to your doorstep or you want the salon experience, it’s time to unlock your body and reclaim your energy!

Let's reset. 🌅
