One year ago, I officially launched my private practice.

Since then, it’s grown into something more meaningful than I could have imagined.

I’ve had the privilege of working with women and men navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the weight of “holding it all together.” This work is not lost on me, and I’m incredibly grateful to do what I do.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I remain committed to providing evidence-based, results-focused therapy in a space that feels supportive, honest, and real.
