She threw the ball for her dog… and peed her pants. 😳😂

That was the moment Jodi knew she needed to do something.

She came to Boise Better Bladder because even something as simple as playing outside with her dog had become one of those moments where she had to worry about leaking.

Then, after just 6 sessions, she had her “aha” moment.

She was outside playing with her dog again.

She wound up.

Threw the ball with everything she had.

And instinctively looked down, fully expecting to be wet.

**Nothing.**

Not a drop. 🙌

That’s the kind of moment we LOVE hearing about.

Because bladder control isn’t really about staying dry.

It’s about getting back to the little things you stopped doing freely.

Playing with your dog.

Running around with your grandkids.

Laughing too hard.

Sneezing without crossing your legs.

Moving your body without wondering, “Am I going to leak?”

Those moments matter. ❤️

If bladder leaks have started changing how you move through your day, you don’t have to just accept it.

Apparently Dr. Kimberly is “that famous person from the commercials” now. 😂

She walked into the treatment room recently to meet a brand-new patient, and the first thing the patient said was:

“You’re that famous person in the commercials!”

We had to laugh. 😉

The truth is, we’ve been working really hard to get the word out about Boise Better Bladder.

That means lots of filming.

Lots of videos.

Lots of ads.

And yes… apparently enough Dr. Kimberly on your screen that she’s starting to get recognized in the wild. 😂

But if all those videos help more women and men realize that bladder leaks, urgency, and pelvic floor weakness are not something they just have to quietly live with, then we’ll happily keep filming.

So no, Dr. Kimberly hasn’t let her newfound fame go to her head… yet. 😉

But if you see her around town, feel free to say hi to “that famous person from the commercials.” 😂❤️

A new generation of women is starting to say: “I don’t want to wait until this gets worse.” ❤️

We’re seeing more postpartum women come through our doors who are noticing the changes pregnancy and childbirth can leave behind.

A weaker core.

Less pelvic floor strength.

A little leaking when they run, jump, sneeze or laugh.

That heavy feeling when they’re trying to keep up with their kids.

And many of them have watched their own mothers quietly deal with bladder leaks as they’ve gotten older—often believing pads were simply something they had to accept.

So these younger women finally have better options and are choosing a different approach.

They’re being proactive.

They’re paying attention to those early signs and working on their pelvic floor and core strength now, rather than waiting until the problem has a bigger impact on their lives.

And we LOVE seeing it. 🙌

Because pelvic floor health isn’t only about what’s happening today.

It’s about being able to keep running.

Working out.

Traveling.

Playing with your kids.

Laughing without thinking twice.

And staying active and confident through all the different seasons of life.

At Boise Better Bladder, we love helping postpartum women strengthen and retrain these important muscles so they can feel stronger now—and support the active lifestyle they want for the years ahead.

Pads don’t have to be your plan for the future. ❤️

If you’ve started noticing those first little changes after pregnancy or childbirth, you don’t have to wait until they become a bigger problem.

🎉 We’re going to the Idaho Senior Lifestyle Expo!

Boise Better Bladder will be at Expo Idaho on October 3rd — and we’re bringing BOTH of our Freedom+ chairs with us!

We’re setting up a big booth because we want to spread one very important message:

Bladder leaks do NOT have to be something you simply accept as you get older.

Too many women and men quietly plan their lives around bathrooms, pads, urgency, nighttime trips, or the fear of an embarrassing accident.

Our generation has options that generations before us simply didn’t have. ❤️

Come see us, ask questions, learn about the technology, and find out what strengthening and retraining your pelvic floor can actually look like.

And PLEASE help us spread the word!

Tag your mom.
Send this to your sister.
Invite your spouse.
Grab the friend who always knows where the nearest bathroom is. 😉

The Idaho Senior Lifestyle Expo will have 85+ exhibits, health and wellness resources, educational seminars, screenings, shopping, giveaways and more.

✨ **Admission is FREE for all ages**

Have you noticed your bladder control changed after having children?

If so, you're not imagining it.

Pregnancy and childbirth place a tremendous amount of stress on your pelvic floor muscles. They stretch to support your growing baby and, for many women, they never regain their full strength without additional support.

Here's what often gets overlooked... 👇

As those muscles continue to weaken over time, bladder leaks, urgency, and reduced control can become more noticeable.

But here's the encouraging news...

It's never too late to make a difference.

Whether your youngest child is 6 months old or 26 years old, your pelvic floor muscles can still be strengthened and retrained.

With today's technology, we're able to stimulate and strengthen those muscles in ways that are difficult to achieve through exercises alone.

That's exactly what the Freedom+ Chair is designed to do—help restore muscle strength, improve communication with your pelvic floor, and rebuild your confidence.

✨ We're currently offering 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘀 so you can experience it for yourself.

📩 Send us a DM and we'll help you get scheduled.

Yep... I use the "magic chair" too! 😄

I have a simple rule:

If I'm going to recommend a treatment to my patients, I want to experience it myself.

The weather is getting nicer ☀️
It's time for walks, bike rides, outdoor adventures, and enjoying life...

And bladder leaks don't deserve an invitation.

Now, about the outfit... 👇

Comfy, loose-fitting clothes are exactly what you want for treatment.

So yes... these "fancy pajama pants" were a very intentional choice. 😉

And, in true Dr. Kimberly style...

"Scoot forward, spread your cheeks, get comfortable, and let the magic chair do its thing!" 😂

Because this isn't just about reducing bladder leaks.

It's about building a stronger pelvic floor, improving your quality of life, and feeling confident again.

✨ Want to see what it feels like?

We're currently offering FREE demos!

📩 Send us a DM and we'll help you get one scheduled.

Have you been told that surgery is your only option for bladder leaks?

If so, I want you to watch this video.

One of the most common myths I hear is that bladder leakage means something is permanently damaged and surgery is the only answer.

But for many people... that's simply not the case.

Bladder control relies on two key parts of your body working together:

• Strong pelvic floor muscles
• Healthy communication between your nerves and those muscles

When either of those isn't functioning the way it should, bladder leaks can happen.

Here's what many people don't realize...

Surgery can change the body's structure.
It's invasive.
And it may not address what's causing the leaks in the first place.

That's why it's worth exploring whether improving muscle strength and nerve function could help before considering more invasive options.

At our clinic, we use advanced pelvic floor technology alongside traditional Chinese medicine to support both of these important systems.

As muscle strength improves and nerve communication is restored, many people notice significant improvements—without surgery.

Bladder leaks may be common, but that doesn't mean you have to live with them.

In this video, I explain why treating both the muscles and the nerves can make such a difference.

If you know someone who's been told surgery is their only choice, feel free to share this video with them. ❤️

When bladder leaks start happening, many people immediately think their bladder is the problem.

But in many cases... that's not what's actually causing it.

More often, the pelvic floor muscles are the real issue.

Think of these muscles as a supportive foundation for your bladder and other pelvic organs. They help you stay in control when you laugh, sneeze, cough, exercise, or lift something heavy.

When they become weak, they can't provide the support your bladder needs—and that's when leaks can occur.

The best part?

These muscles can often be strengthened and retrained.

In this video, I explain what the pelvic floor does, why it's so important, and how improving its strength can lead to better bladder control.

Take a minute to watch the video and learn what's really happening inside your body.

If you'd like to dive deeper into this topic, comment "𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗚" and we'll send you our latest article on strengthening the pelvic floor.
