Amita Luna Perinatal Queens | Long Island Prenatal Massage Therapy I always knew I wanted to work with babies, but it wasn't until 2019 that I found my calling as a doula.

My approach to doula work emphasizes compassion, emotional validation, understanding, bodily autonomy, and creating a serene space for you to do the sacred work of caring for your baby. I am also a licensed perinatal massage therapist and certified lactation counselor. By combining these worlds, I want my clients to learn to know and trust their bodies and allow themselves adequate rest and healin

Our mission is to be a calm, validating support system for women who are intentional about their health + wellbeing, while lovingly guiding them to embrace the necessity of rest through massage therapy. We want our clients to unapologetically choose rest, wellness, and vulnerability — through periods, pregnancy, postpartum, and peri/postmenopause. As women, we do so much for everyone around us. When do we stop and give that care to ourselves?
