Have you ever heard of Gua Sha?! It’s actually an old Eastern Asian technique back in the day to help with in the body if you are hurting or sore. I know it sounds crazy but you can Gua Sha yourself by using a spoon…
Just get lotion and scrap the area that hurts and it will feel painful at first but will help out so much! But remember to wash your spoon after if someone is going to use it if they are going to eat a meal after!

💥Releasing tension and tight muscles in the body.
💥Old injuries and break up scar tissue for more mobility and movement and fascia build up.
💥Great for lymphatic drainage and use for the face for inflammation.
💥Helps out with Plantar Fasciitis.
