May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to remind ourselves that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Every day, millions of people silently battle stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and other mental health challenges. The reality is that mental health affects every part of our lives — our relationships, work, families, and overall well-being.

This month is about more than awareness. It’s about:
💚 Breaking the stigma
💚 Encouraging honest conversations
💚 Supporting one another without judgment
💚 Prioritizing self-care and emotional wellness
💚 Reminding people they are not alone

As leaders, coworkers, friends, parents, and community members, we all have a role in creating environments where people feel safe asking for help and supported in their healing journey.

Sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is simply say, “I’m struggling.” And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is listen.

Take time this month to check in on yourself and those around you. A conversation, a moment of kindness, or a reminder that someone matters can make a bigger impact than we realize.

Mental health matters — not just in May, but every single day.
