If your loved one is trying—studying after lights out, attending programs, reading instead of giving up, or working to become a better parent, son, daughter, husband, wife, or friend—let them know you see them.

Your letters, phone calls, encouragement, and belief in their potential can make all the difference.

Today we honor Nelson Mandela's legacy of dignity, justice, and human rights.

The Mandela Rules remind us that every incarcerated person deserves respect, humane treatment, and the opportunity to practice their faith. Access to religious services, sacred texts, prayer, and spiritual guidance can provide hope, comfort, and strength during difficult times.

Religious freedom does not end at the prison gate...

💚💚💚💚💚💚 Across our communities, too many people face barriers to mental health resources, support, and understanding. By encouraging open conversations and showing compassion for one another, we can help reduce stigma and create spaces where healing and growth are possible.

Let us continue to uplift one another, listen without judgment, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone. 💚💚💚💚💚💚
