This October, we honor the rich history, culture, traditions, and contributions of Filipino Americans including the foods that bring families and communities together. 🍽️✨

From comforting adobo and sour, savory sinigang to celebratory pancit, hearty kare-kare, and colorful halo-halo, Filipino cuisine tells stories of family, heritage, connection, and identity.

As nutrition professionals, we can celebrate cultural foods while recognizing that health and nutrition do not have to mean giving up the foods that are meaningful to us. Culturally inclusive nutrition embraces tradition, balance, variety, and enjoyment.🥰

✨ The AAPI MIG Student Scholarship is here to support YOU!

This opportunity will award $500 to cover registration, travel, and lodging for FNCE® 2026 — the biggest annual event in nutrition and dietetics!
