I mean I originally showed up for the 7am run club…then decided to stay for the Spartan class 😭
Staying active and moving has been helping me understand my limitations and capabilities more in my recovery since my accident in October. 💪🏼 F45 Sarasota UTC is just amazing and so motivating!!
