🦟 DENGUE SURGE: Florida’s tally of locally acquired dengue cases jumped nearly 80% in the latest weekly update, climbing from 41 to 73.

Local mosquito transmission has been identified in five counties, with an 136 additional cases statewide linked to international travel. The Florida Department of Health has now placed 10 counties under a mosquito-borne illness alert or advisory.
