Once we have clarity of our Self and learn to trust our inner wisdom, we will have an easier time to allow storms to exist without disturbing our truth or path. I launched a new video series on the MindSpanse YouTube channel exploring meditative techniques to improve mental clarity. Transitions , we have all been going through some very stressful transitions during this covid19 time. Now it seems like we are going to have to stay at this isolation for at least one month. Now is the time to find your self and find things to do that you were not able to. Catching up on friends and family you haven’t spoken to. Try something creative writing, drawing, cooking what ever takes you to your happy place
Reading for yourself or reading with your child
Think of this time as a gift you would not normally have
Stay in touch or help those that are less fortunate
Decluttering is an interesting chore
Give others love and encouragement
Stay humorous
Wow just writing this make me feel better
Any way I can help you have my number
Stay well and safe
