🚨 IMPORTANT FLORIDA MEDICAID UPDATE

Effective October 1, 2026

Florida Medicaid members should be aware that the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is reviewing the immigration status of certain noncitizen Medicaid recipients to determine continued eligibility.

If DCF requests additional documentation and the member does not respond by the deadline, Medicaid coverage may end.

✅ What Medicaid Members Should Do

Please make sure you:

* 📬 Check all notices from Florida DCF
* 📱 Review your MyACCESS Florida account regularly
* 📝 Submit any requested documents before the deadline
* ☎️ Keep your address and contact information current with DCF
* 📄 Contact your Medicaid health plan if you need assistance

Taking these steps can help eligible members avoid unnecessary interruptions in coverage.
