This is such a great little company! I just bought their honey with Bee propolis in it. I think it’s the best honey I’ve ever tasted! I found them at the Middleborough sip and stroll, but I see they are attending farmers markets on their website. Check them out. 💙💜❤️

I’M NOT YOUR TYPICAL MASSAGE THERAPIST.

There. I said it.

I’m not particularly interested in giving you the exact same massage every Tuesday because that’s what we did last Tuesday.

Your body changes.

Your life changes.

And apparently, your muscles didn’t get the memo that you’re trying to behave yourself.

I pay attention.

I look for the little things.

I follow what your body is telling me instead of blindly following a routine.

Sometimes we find the culprit immediately.

Sometimes we have to go hunting.

And sometimes I find something you didn’t even realize was there.

That’s my favorite part.

16 years of experience.

I am now in Middleborough.

Come give me something interesting (and appropriate) to work on.
I work with people who say things like:

“Something just doesn’t feel right.”

“I don’t know what I did.”

“I’ve had this spot forever.”

“Can you get in there?”

Yes.

I actually love those people.

I’m a little obsessive about figuring out what’s going on underneath all those words.

So if you’ve been looking for someone who doesn’t just follow a routine but actually pays attention to you, I’d love to meet you.

And if you’ve got a stubborn little body mystery…

Bring it to me.

You already know the value of massage—this is where it becomes something more. My work blends skilled therapeutic touch with intuitive, energetic awareness, creating a space where your body can fully let go and your mind can finally quiet down. Each session is personalized, almost instinctive, meeting you exactly where you are. Clients often leave not only deeply relaxed, but feeling truly seen, heard, and rebalanced in a way that lingers long after the session ends. This is your permission to receive on a deeper level. 781-385-1732

Sometimes your body doesn’t need more pushing—it needs someone to actually listen.
Feeling tense, overwhelmed, or just “off” isn’t normal. It’s your body’s way of sending you a message. Take a hint, listen to your body. It’s talking for a reason.
I have a few openings this weekend and next week.
My work is focused on helping you slow down, release what your body’s been holding onto, and walk away feeling like yourself again.
If this sounds like something that you could benefit from,I invite you to reach out to me and set up an appointment. 781-385-1732.

Let’s talk about conscious touch massage. Swedish people is for relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point are for trouble spots and knots, pregnancy, oncology, and sports are self explanatory but what is conscious touch massage?
CTM is when someone deeply connects to your body and intentionally slows down the speed of the massage while using the most comforting touch all so that the nervous system has no choice but to give in to the relaxation or “let go” response. This is the kind of massage that people seem to really need right now. Appointments are available. Call 781-385-1732 to book your conscious touch massage so you can fully unwind and truly let go.
