With being a wife, mom, minister, & entrepreneur you would think that LaDawnia has always had it all together. After an unsuccessful attempt to take her own life in 2013 her eyes and mind were opened to who she was created to be. Now her work is to help young people discover their purpose in the Kingdom of God, and develop the mindset & character that will sustain it.

The question: "How do I heal from ?"

The answer: Begin by acknowledging is NOT a thing🤷🏾‍♀️

You were hurt or offended by something someone said/did and it happened to take place at church or a group of people who are/were members of the church you are/were part of.

It's the same as if a co-worker hurt or offended you, a family member who lives in your home, or a close friend who you spend alot of time with.

💥This pic is a great example of what we look like going 'round & 'round & 'round with people, relationships, situations that we believe owe it to us to do better at helping us to heal or feel better or not "trigger" us emotionally or mentally...

But our mental wellness is not the responsibility of others, nor should we determine our wellness or lack thereof by what others do or say.

🔹Individual wellness is the responsibility of the individual

🔹Being aware of the spirit and its role in mental wellness is key to being made whole & not just healed.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Eph. 6:12
