Tomorrow!!!! Thursday 6/25, I will be at the Milford Senior Center. While there, I offer 20 min massages for $25 focusing on back and shoulder(or if you need somewhere else worked on we do that instead! Ex:feet)
These are done on a table fully clothed so it's great for someone who wants a quick little tune up for their body!
Times available are 10:30, 11, 11:30, 12, 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30.
Please call the Milford Senior center at 302-422-3385 to book. You Do NOT need to be a member to participate. (You can also text me and I can call and get you on the schedule if after 3pm today. )

Come and check out the new and improved Milford Senior center! I love the days I am there providing massages. ❤️

Was a super BUSY day at the Center today. It started with our massage therapist,Maria of Thrive Alive LLC, who presented us with a cushioned table for the fitness center. The table will allow members to do stretching and other exercises from an elevated level, rather than from the floor with mats. Thank you Maria for the donation, this is a great new addition to the gym!💪👟🏋️‍♂️

Good morning!! Another beautiful day lies ahead. We are heading into the final days of May and I'm not sure if I'm just speaking for myself, but this month FLEW by. A lot of us are preparing for summer with end of year school activities, planning summer fun, and preparing for warmth!

Hey beautiful people!
Wanted to get on here and share some updates for May!
First, I will be teaching a self care and massage for seniors class at the Milford Senior Center on Monday, May 4th at 12:30pm. Cost is free for members and $5 for non members. I will be going over how massage can benefit and fit into your life and self care tips to help with common issues in the body.

Second, I will be taking my CEUs this month and one class I am very excited to take to offer to my clients is massage for menopause. In this class I will learn different techniques to help relieve symptoms of menopause. I cannot wait to share this with you all!
