I’ve been laying a bit low on social media since October. The fall is always the most busy time for me and my family with hockey, birthdays, holidays, etc.

I was also very busy at the studio with lots of new clients and sessions both in-person and virtual.
I am so grateful for the wonderful clients and families that choose to work with me and I am always striving to make their PT experience a great one!

I am so thankful to be able to work with so many amazing people and families! Thank you all for choosing me and Kinetic Studio❤️🙏⭐️!

I opened Kinetic Studio with the goal of creating a safe, comfortable space for patients with scoliosis and their family. It makes my ❤️ happy when I see the positive changes that clients experience.

Often, at the start of the process, there is fear, pain (sometimes), anger, frustration, sadness…..at some point, which is different for everyone, the confidence begins to build and fear, frustration, and sadness begin to fade.

Working with a scoliosis specialist (Schroth method) PT has benefits beyond the musculoskeletal system (bones and muscles).

Scoliosis effects people in so many different ways, but one thing is common- BEST care will come from a team of professionals (PT, MD, orthotists, even sometimes mental health professionals) who understand and who have additional training in scoliosis.

Dr. Sarah Riale PT, DPT, BSPTS C2 is an advanced certified scoliosis specialist.

If you, or your child has scoliosis, don’t “wait and see”. Natural History studies have shown that when you wait, you are just waiting for progression to happen.

Early diagnosis and treatment are key. 3 dimensional treatment (Schroth method/Rigo concept) has been shown to slow/stop progression and improve posture alignment, decrease pain, and avoid more invasive treatments.

Kinetic Studio has various options for treatment such as virtual 1:1, in-person 1:1, in-person small group, virtual group, and intensives.
