Utah teens deserve spaces where healing doesn’t have to look traditional. 🐉✨

At Arches Healing & Growth, we believe therapy can happen through connection, creativity, and community. That’s why we’re excited to announce our Teen D&D Therapy Group starting July 7th, led by therapist Izzy Antley.

Through collaborative storytelling, roleplay, and adventure, teens ages 13–18 will build skills around communication, emotional regulation, confidence, identity exploration, problem-solving, and meaningful peer connection — all while having fun.

Pride Month & The Importance of Gender Euphoria 🌈

During Pride Month, so many conversations focus on struggle.

The discrimination.
The trauma.
The fight for rights.
The pain that LGBTQ+ communities have carried for generations.

And while those conversations matter…

There is something we don’t talk about enough.

✨ Gender Euphoria.

We often hear about gender dysphoria — the distress someone may experience when their identity does not align with how they are seen or expected to exist.

But we rarely talk about the opposite.

The joy of feeling like yourself.

Gender euphoria is that moment when something clicks internally.

It can look like:

💛 Hearing someone use your correct pronouns
💛 Wearing clothes that finally feel like you
💛 Looking in the mirror and recognizing yourself
💛 Cutting your hair in a way that feels affirming
💛 Beginning transition — socially, medically, or privately
💛 Feeling seen in a way the world may not have offered before # We all deserve to feel seen.

Not tolerated.
Not questioned.
Not forced into expectations.
Seen.
Pride is not only about survival.
It is not only about fighting systems that have caused harm.

It is also about joy.

Celebration.

Freedom.

And allowing people the space to discover themselves on their own terms.

Because identity does not need permission.

Not everyone experiences gender the same way.

Not everyone wants labels.

Not everyone wants transition.

And not everyone needs their identity publicly understood in order for it to be valid.

This Pride Month, we want to celebrate more than resilience. We want to celebrate the moments where people finally feel connected to themselves. 🌈

This will be a virtual therapeutic space centered around connection, support, identity exploration, and community! Whether you are looking for a place to share experiences, receive support, or simply be around others who understand, you are welcome here!🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
