✨ SELF LOVE SHIFT SISTERHOOD — TOMORROW NIGHT! ✨

Sisters, join us tomorrow evening for our August Self Love Shift Sisterhood Circle

This is a group Self Love Coaching session centered around this month’s theme: SELF CELEBRATION.

And we’re going to dive into something that sounds simple… but can feel surprisingly uncomfortable:

💗 RECEIVING COMPLIMENTS.

Why is it so easy to celebrate and encourage everyone else, but when someone says something beautiful about us, we immediately deflect, minimize, laugh it off, or say, “Oh, it’s nothing”?

Tomorrow, we’re going deeper.

✨ We’ll explore why receiving can feel uncomfortable.
✨ We’ll uncover some of the beliefs and stories that make it difficult to truly let ourselves be seen and celebrated.
✨ We’ll practice receiving without deflecting, minimizing, or giving the compliment back.
✨ And we’ll do exercises designed to help you become more comfortable allowing yourself to receive love, acknowledgment, and celebration.

Because self-love isn’t only about learning to love ourselves.

It’s also learning how to RECEIVE love.
To let someone see something beautiful in us without needing to explain it away.
To say “thank you” and actually let it land.

🌸 IN-PERSON SISTERS:
We begin at 6:30 PM so you can mingle, connect, grab a tea or mocktail, and learn more about the Self Love Shift Sisterhood Membership before our coaching session begins.

💻 VIRTUAL MEMBERS:
Our members join virtually at 7:00 PM for the group coaching session.

✨ ALL WOMEN ARE WELCOME! You do not need to be a current member to join us in person.
