🍎🎨 We’re celebrating National Assisted Living Week with a little sweetness and creativity!

Today our residents enjoyed making delicious caramel apple dippers 🍏🍫 and getting creative with some colorful rock painting! 🎨🪨

It was a wonderful day filled with smiles, creativity, and time spent together. 💕 Here’s to celebrating the amazing people who make our community so special!

Deerfield Village is excited to participate in Sole Support for Parkinson’s on Saturday, September 12th at Portland’s Rose Quarter!

We’ll be walking together to support those living with Parkinson’s, their families, and the incredible resources available right here in our community. 👟💙

And we’d LOVE for you to join us! Residents, families, friends, staff, and community members are all welcome to come walk alongside Team Deerfield!

🚂 All aboard! Our residents had a great time exploring the Oregon Rail Heritage Center and getting an up-close look at some incredible pieces of railroad history!

Fun fact: The Southern Pacific 4449 was built in 1941 and later traveled across the country as part of the American Freedom Train for America’s Bicentennial! 🚂❤️

Residents and family members are invited to attend and celebrate those we've all loved and lost.

There will be music, inspirational messages and a public viewing of the names of those being honored and remembered.

There’s nothing quite like seeing smiles that light up the room. 💙✨ Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying balloon hats, face painting, laughter, and making memories together. Watching them laugh and feel like kids again is one of the best parts of what we do. ❤️
