This weekend got me thinking about how friendships change and grow with each season of life.

Moving. Kids. Career changes. New chapters. Life gets fuller (and definitely a little more chaotic šŸ˜…), but there’s something so special about having people to grow alongside.

Watching our kids get completely giddy being together and seeing family show up for each other reminded me how much community matters.

That’s something I hope Grounded can be, too..a place to show up as you are, connect, and have a little time together each week. šŸ¤

best weekend= space to linger over coffee, take a walk, have an unhurried conversation… and do something that leaves you feeling a little more like yourself, like yoga šŸ˜‰

That’s what I’m looking forward to this weekend.

This weekend reminded me of something.
The older I get, the more I value the people who make me feel at home.

The friends you can completely exhale around. The ones you can laugh with, share life’s wins and disappointments with, and simply be yourself.

It made me realize that’s the kind of community I hope Grounded continues to be.

If you’ve been looking for a place to move your body, reconnect, and find a little community, I’d love to welcome you this week.

I’ve been thinking a lot about ordinary moments lately.

The ones that don’t make it into photo albums or onto social media, but somehow become the moments we remember most.

A conversation after class.
Laughing with someone you’ve just met.
Feeling the sun on your face during Yoga in the Park.
Walking out the door a little lighter than when you walked in.

I’ve realized those quiet moments are often the ones that shape us.

I’d love to share one with you this week.

Fresh air.
A deep breath.
Movement.
Good company.

That’s what Yoga in the Park feels like to me.

I’d love to share an hour of it with you this Sunday. šŸŒæšŸ¤

One of my favorite things about having little kids is how easily they notice wonder.

A butterfly.
A tiny flower growing through the sidewalk.
The biggest puddle they’ve ever seen.

They remind me how often I rush past the ordinary things that make life beautiful.

Maybe that’s one of the reasons I love yoga.

For one hour, I slow down enough to notice my breath, my body, the people around me… and remember that ordinary moments are often the ones that stay with us the longest.

If you’d like to make space for one of those moments this week, I’d love to have you join us.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how different rest looks in different seasons of life.

Sometimes it’s a quiet morning before the house wakes up. Sometimes it’s sitting outside after the kids go to bed. Sometimes it’s moving your body instead of checking one more thing off your list.

I’ve realized I don’t always need a weekend away or a perfectly clear schedule. More often than not, I just need one intentional hour to reconnect with myself.

Maybe that’s why I love these classes so much.

šŸ¤ Prenatal Yoga on Friday—a space to slow down, move with intention, and be supported through every stage of pregnancy.

🌿 Yoga in the Park on Sunday—fresh air, sunshine, movement, and a gentle reminder that the simplest things often restore us the most.

If either one sounds like what your heart or body has been needing, I’d love to have you join us this weekend.

I’ll be teaching Prenatal Yoga on Friday and Yoga in the Park on Sunday, and I’d truly love to spend part of my weekend with you.

Come move, breathe, enjoy the sunshine, and leave feeling just a little more grounded. šŸ¤
