I went into yoga looking for a quiet place to fight the voice that was destroying me. The voice that was getting so loud inside my mind that was leading me to self destruct.
On those quiet Monday nights at the Yoga Center Retreat, for nine months, I took a pause every week to retrain my mind to work for me, not against me.
I found Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra as the best methods to sit with myself every week. And I believe this is why my clients come back to train their minds and body to support their souls purpose.
I don’t believe we need to know our purpose before we start, but we must create the conditions for it to have space to fully express itself.

Saturday 8-10:15am- Yin Yoga for Deep Stretch
