🫶🏽Community Resource for Fathers🫶🏽

JOIN US! Through personal stories, fathers will listen, share, and reflect upon the impact of generational and current patterns of influence. Each story circle session will examine issues that surface by the participants themselves as needing to be addressed in collaboration with the Department of Children, Youth, and Family services (DCYF) for taking beneficial action steps for moving forward. Each session will be facilitated by Rose McGee, MHC Story Circle Practitioner along with Emmanuel Donaby, DCYF Fatherhood Project Coordinator.

The Department of Children, Youth, and Family services (DCYF) in partnership with the Minnesota Humanities Center (MHC) is hosting a three-part Story Circle Fatherhood series. This special project is designed to build a leadership task force comprised of fathers who will gain a deeper understanding of accessible systems and resources, but to also develop a stronger sense of their own empowerment.

DoulaBaby 248 💙👶🏽 May 2026 - Repeat 🔁 Family ‼️The strength of your Mother is A M A Z I N G… 1) She listens to her body 2) All of the conversations that we discussed prenatally she took in consideration and followed the plan 3) She walked around and let gravity help position you in the pelvis 4) Made it to the hospital at about 6/7 centimeters (I knew it before they checked her) 5) When things turned the corner for intensity she called upon the Lord and allowed me to encourage her through all of it! BOOM 💥 in no time you arrived. I’ll never forget once they weighed you she said “Naw that’s not right weight him again” 🤣😂🤣😂 Thank you for allowing me to do what I love to DOula 😍🥰🤎🫶🏽✅🤩
