The patient thought it would go away, but today, he started dropping objects, and this is affecting his work as a mechanic. The patient denies headaches, blurred vision, chest pain, dyspnea, or any recent trauma. The patient has never had any previous similar symptoms. On examination, he appears anxious. His temperature is 36.8 C, pulse 66/min, blood pressure 137/68 mmHg, and respirations 16/min. He has decreased sensation over the palmar aspect of the first, second, and third digits of the right hand, with weakness and a positive Tinel’s test.
