We hear a lot about things like mold exposure, heavy metals, and gut health now.
Those conversations are becoming more common.
But one topic that still gets brushed off or ignored in the U.S. is parasites.
In many parts of the world, routine parasite cleansing is normal. Itâs just considered basic maintenance for the body.
Parasites can enter through food, water, animals, soil, or travel. Once theyâre in the body, some species compete with us for nutrients and release waste byproducts as they feed.
Those byproducts can irritate the gut and create stress on the body over time.
The longer theyâre present, the more they can disrupt digestion, nutrient absorption, and overall balance in the gut environment.
Thatâs why many traditional health systems focus not just on what you add like supplements or superfoodsâŚ
âŚbut also on removing what doesnât belong.
Eat real food.
Move your body.
And donât ignore what might be interfering with both.
