What a reunion this was for Brainspotting Phase 2 training!

We had so many new and returning faces back to advance their Brainspotting practice. This Phase 2 was a large group, but their spectacular presence was monumental—so much cooperation, community, unlearning, really stepping into comfortability with the WAIT, and deconditioning ourselves from cultural programming. Thank you to the demos who showed so much courage and bravery and to all the questions folks asked that enriched the learning environment.

We loved this group’s energy, and it was held so beautifully with the help of our amazing assistants: Erin Arnst, Dan VerBout, Jimmy Tunstall, Kim Warner-Hudy, Aimee Solis, Cori Hildebrandt, Nayda Lamberty, Erin Provost, Mercedes Samudio, Michelle Dyett-Welcome, Julie Burke, and Bertha Ramos. You all are truly the best!

Together, we've been studying the depth work that is Brainspotting for the last 8 months (a few more to go) and I could not be more proud of this group and their commitment to Brainspotting.

This was a cozy and intimate training group with big medicine!

Together we learned that Brainspotting asks us to slow down and follow the body, not our theories about the body. These clinicians were willing to be beginners again, trusting in uncertainty, to be in service of their clients.

So grateful for our small but mighty team—Erin Arnst, Ellie Lucas, Jimmy Tunstall, Heather Corbet, and Erin Provost. Thank you all for the amazing support you give.

Please welcome this phenomenal group of humans who took a leap into the unknown at this Brainspotting & Ketamine specialty workshop in Portland, OR.

There was genuine joy, exploration of consciousness, and creatively blending the forces of Brainspotting and ketamine therapy together!

Thank you for allowing me to share this work, for the tears and the laughter. I'm in awe of what happens when we gather to heal together. 🌀
