Joanne especially appreciates the opportunities for socialization and the lifelong friendships she has made. Her friends and neighbors also enjoy her wonderful sense of humor, which brings smiles and laughter to those around her.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Sheila 🌟

This month, we're proud to recognize her as our Employee Spotlight!

Sheila has been a valued member of our team for three years, serving as both a Barista and Server. She manages the day to day operations of the coffee shop while also serving residents in the dining room with a friendly smile and exceptional care.

Known for her positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to help others, Sheila creates a welcoming environment for residents and coworkers alike. She says her favorite part of working here is getting to know each resident and learning about their unique life stories.

Outside of work, Sheila is married, has two children, and shares her home with two black cats, Dez and Norman. She is also a former substitute teacher.
