🌟 Employee Spotlight: Shelby 🌟
Shelby has been a valued member of The Blake team for three months, serving as a Personal Assistant. Although she has only been with us for a short time, she has already made a meaningful impact through her kindness, patience, and dedication to our residents.
Shelby provides the kind of care that makes each resident feel valued and important. She takes the time to listen, treats everyone with patience and respect, and pays close attention to the details that matter. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our residents’ needs are met and that they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for.
Shelby’s favorite part of working at The Blake is getting to know the residents, building bonds and trust with them, and knowing she can make a difference in their lives. She also loves the sense of family among her coworkers and says, “The Blake is a special place to be part of.”
