Yoga in the Park has officially moved to Jimmie Morris Pavilion. 🌳

After last week’s class, I watched people of all shades turning beet red in that sun… and my conscience just wouldn’t let me do that to y’all again. 😂

Same class.
Same vibes.
A whole lot more shade.

Located on Flournoy Drive in Langan Park. If you turn in from Zeigler or Gaillard, just follow Flournoy. You really can’t miss it.

Sunday mornings are becoming one of my favorite traditions.

Fresh air. Good people. Intentional movement. A chance to slow down before the week begins.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Yoga in the Park & to Rooted For Gilbert for helping us create an experience that nourishes both body and mind.

Whether you joined us for the movement, the community, or simply an hour to breathe, I’m grateful you were there.
