You don't need an hour of meditation or a perfectly quiet house to begin developing a practice.

Start with just five minutes.

💜 Sit comfortably.
💜 Close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
💜 Breathe naturally.
💜 Notice your thoughts without chasing them.
💜 When you're finished, write down anything you experienced.

You don't have to see, hear, or feel anything extraordinary.

The practice is simply learning to become still, present, and observant.

Consistency matters more than perfection.

One of the things I love most about mediumship is when specific details come through that the recipient can recognize and confirm.

In Diane's recent reading, we discussed a shelf or shrine and a special piece of jewelry. Diane confirmed that she has a shrine dedicated to her son and a necklace containing his ashes.

These are examples of the kinds of personal details that mediums refer to as *evidence*.

The purpose isn't simply to deliver a comforting message. It's also to explore the information received and allow the recipient to determine what is meaningful and accurate.

Maybe it was a song that played at just the right moment.

A dream that felt incredibly real.

A feather, a coin, a familiar scent, or a memory that appeared out of nowhere.

Sometimes these experiences feel deeply meaningful, whether we understand them or not.

One thing I encourage my students to do is WRITE THEM DOWN! ✍️

Over time, you may begin noticing patterns you would otherwise forget.

After 20+ years, the hardest part wasn’t quitting… it was deciding. Not choosing, deciding. The word comes from the Latin for “to cut off,” so I cut off every other option. 💪

💜 Love doesn't end when someone passes.

Grief changes us. It can leave us longing for one more conversation, one more hug, or simply the reassurance that the love we shared still matters.

Yesterday, I shared a beautiful moment from Diane's mediumship reading. One of the messages that stayed with me was the encouragement for her to keep moving forward and the love and pride expressed for her.

Today, I'm holding space for everyone missing someone they love.

You don't have to stop loving someone to continue living your life. 🦋
