Emily puts so much heart into everything she does. From developing individualized treatment plans that help our learners grow and succeed to creating training plans that support and strengthen our team, she is always working behind the scenes to make a positive impact.

She wears many hats at Leap and handles them all with dedication, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. Whether she's supporting staff, collaborating with families, troubleshooting challenges, or building meaningful programming for our clients, Emily consistently goes above and beyond.
