What is your microbiome telling you?

Digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, abdominal discomfort, nausea, food sensitivities, changes in bowel habits, poor nutrient absorption, fatigue after meals, brain fog, skin issues, inflammation, and mood changes may be your body’s way of communicating that something is out of balance.

Trying to conceive can bring up a lot, emotionally and physically. There’s no single fix for fertility, but acupuncture can be a meaningful part of your care plan, whether you’re just starting out or already working with a specialist. Research points to a few ways it may help: supporting blood flow to the reproductive organs, helping balance hormones, encouraging more regular cycles, and easing stress, which plays a bigger role in fertility than many people realize. It also pairs well with treatments like IUI and IVF, so you don’t have to choose one approach over the other.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), cupping isn’t just used to relieve muscle tension. It’s also a powerful therapy for helping the body move stagnant Qi and Blood, release the exterior, and clear excess Heat.

In TCM, “Heat” is a pattern that may show up as symptoms such as:
