Some snippets from Glammy's foraging tour at the Lunar Faire 🧚✨🌸 Yesterday we did a wild edible woods walk at the Cape May Lunar Faire and enjoyed the earthly abundance of beach plums, pepperweed, sassafras and more a thank you to everyone that accompanied me on this WOODS WALK and north Jersey DON'T WORRY, we're doing it AGAIN at the Jungle Habitat Lunar Faire on 8/15 at 5:30 PM.

Totally different environment, so who knows what we'll find! Meet at the Glam Gardener booth by 5:30 to join us on a FREE wild excursion (with entry to the faire) 9 9

Glam Gardener will be hosting a free Wild Edible Guided Plant walk at the Cape May Lunar Faire on August 1st AND the Jungle Habitat Lunar Faire on August 15th. Both go down at 5:30 PM. We're offering this FREE for all attendees to celebrate Glam Gardener's 6 year anniversary! Gather at the Glam Gardener booth at 5:30 and be guided by Aly AKA the Glam Gardener across the grounds. On this tour, we'll search for wild edibles growing across the field, learn about their uses, how to identify them, and more. Join me at the next 2 Lunar Faire events!

STATEN ISLAND SUMMER STREETS 2026 💥🌸🚴 Thank you to the folks at the NYC DOT for another great year of free community education, activities and performances!

I always look forward to this time of year when we get to bring the WILD to the streets. Every year since 2022 Glam Gardener has participated in Summer Streets. Bringing seasonal & regional wild edible and medicinal plants of NYC to the BLOCK ✅ LET’S GOOOO

Offering a sensory touching and tasting mini learning lesson to passers by. If you shared a Spicebush berry or an Anise hyssop leaf with me yesterday, thank you! 🌱

We also led a planting activity and gave out a couple hundred plants for folks to take home and nurture. We love having a moment with our fellow New Yorkers to connect about all things natural, planty, herbal, and garden-esque 🌞

It’s an honor and a pleasure to slay and serve my nyc community 🙏 thank you, nyc dot!

Although Staten Island’s summer streets has concluded, there are still 4 MORE WEEKS OF SUMMER STREETS across the boroughs—please check out the full calendar and visit the rest stops across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and beyond! We won’t be there, but there are tons of great activities, performances and facilitators doing cool things at each rest stop.

While I am glizzy glamming at Summer Streets in Staten Island this Saturday, THE GLAM MAN HIMSELF while be holding down the fort at New Jersey Punk Rock Flea Market in Edison! 💥 If you see him, he will give you many samples. If you bring him a trinket, he will trade with you (we have ducks and shiny objects) 🐤 Herbal tea, natural beard balms, mushroom chocolate and new mini items under cinco dolares because in this economy, glammy’s got your back 🤝😵‍💫🌸🤙

Hello friends! It’s officially SUMMERTIME which means, Summer Streets AKA New York’s biggest block party is BACK!

Hosted by the NYC DOT Summer Streets returns across all five boroughs this July and August opening over 20 miles of streets to pedestrians and cyclists.

Enjoy free fitness classes, public art, performances, family activities, and more!

Glam Gardener will be hosting one of the many F R E E community activities available for the public at the Staten Island Summer Streets.

Summer Streets will return on Staten Island to Broadway, from Richmond Terrace to Harvest Avenue. This location will run through West Brighton, connecting attendees from Corporal Thompson Park to one of the borough’s most popular commercial corridors.

Wow, as a born and raised NEW YAWKA it was so cool to do my favorite event in a beautiful place in MY CITY 🌇 Still buzzing from all the great energy, outfits, beautiful plants and walkways at the botanical garden.
