Storms are coming. The enemy is actively pursuing and working to destroy. Let our faith be in the One who is our strength and refuge.

Luke 6:27-36

27 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

This is a tough lesson for us all. However, right now, this is a personal reminder for me as I/we deal with the aftermath of someone who brought chaos, confusion, and total disruption into our lives. I was very frustrated one day and I was reading through Psalms and decided to “flip” the pages and see where I landed. This is the verse I landed on. It was God’s way of speaking to me to move on and it did help. We are still cleaning up messes from this person, but now I feel like I’m dealing with them without the anger that was festering within me.

I KNOW someone else needs this today and I hope it helps them as much as it helped me. ❤️

He left out exercise and stretching but I hear this every single day by many women. I mean every single day. And to think these providers go home and sleep at night. Just wait until themselves (women) or their wives get to this stage. I pray their options changes.
