Nordic Health & Strength Just like everyone I've had health issues throughout life. Changed all that 1.5 years ago. How? I went Primal focusing on whole natural foods.

At my heaviest I was 320, diabetic, HBP, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, arthritic pain, inflammation within joints, dependent on medications, no energy throughout the day while eating a standard American diet full of processed ingredients. Dropped 90 pounds, still 30 more to go, off every medication that treated the issues above while never depriving myself of nutritious, body benefiting vita

mins, minerals, essential amino acids, etc. If it has more than 4 ingredients or ones you can't pronounce then it doesn't belong in your body. Read, learn, and pass the information along. God designed our bodies to eat animal products. The only fruits and veggies agreeable to your body are naturally occurring ones for you area of the country and when they are in season. If you are going to eat veggies then get a chart that shows you which are low on the glycemic index and only eat them in moderation.

When you cook with beef tallow, the oil is very heat-stable and doesn’t go rancid. It has a much higher smoke point than most seed oils, fries food quickly, and doesn’t soak into the food unnecessarily. It’s very healthy and can be cheaper; you can get it directly from a farm. Animal fat is healthy.

90-95% of all cancers, according to Dr. Seyfried & others, are a result of poor metabolic health that is caused by a high carb diet from mainly highly processed foods. You can prevent this from occurring and if you do contract a cancer worry starving the tumor by not giving it what it needs to grow, glucose (simple carbohydrates).

2013 study demonstrated that increased protein intake on a more frequent basis reduces abdominal fat. The current focus on Carnivore, KETO, Low-carb life long eating isn't new. Humans ate natural whole foods without them being processed and chemically induced, etc. and lived robust healthy lives. Read it for yourself and always, if someone makes a claim, ask them for their reference.

A good Health Coach or medically trained health care worker should not get offended or push back on any scientific paper unless they've read it and can refute the findings based on research that contraindicates it.

Time to do some myth busting about the foods you eat and their effects on body function. Metabolic syndrome does way more damage and you acquire the syndrome by eating highly processed foods, seed oils, and sugars. Been asked about eating too much protein when your blood labs indicate high BUN and Creatine values. Most Drs will advise to limit protein intake as they think it will cause more damage to the Kidney. This is not true according to the research. I've provided one study that indicates this and there are many others as well. Read this one and if you need help understanding the scientific "jargon" used in research papers that's where my expertise separates me from many! I Have 16 semester hours of statistical/research design and analysis plus 25 years reading & interpreting research articles.
