Reviews really help other women who are looking for pelvic floor physical therapy know what to expect.

I tell everyone that I never planned to start a business. There came a time when I realized starting my own practice was the only way to create the work life balance I wanted while also helping as many clients as I can to the best of my ability.

2023 was the beginning of some of the best years of my life and it all started when I decided to take a leap of faith and trust myself. A lot has happened over the past 3 years and I’m proud of how much I have accomplished. I’m excited to see what the future of my career brings while being able to enjoy all of the blessings in my life. Happy 3rd anniversary JMPT&Y 🥳

I try to go to the gym 4 times a week but there’s usually one day where I’m super busy and need to settle for an at home workout.

Today was a leg day with a quad and glute focus. Since I am not able to lift the same amount of weight at home, I modified the back squat to a narrow goblet squat. I also modified my Bulgarian split squat by increasing my reps and performing less sets. I usually work on a seated lumbar ext machine so here I did body weight. Not shown prior to these three exercises was squat jumps and standing hip abduction.

I aim for 4-6 exercises in a session depending on how heavy I’m lifting or how much time I have.

I happen to prefer working out at the gym over working out at home but no matter where you are, doing something is better than doing nothing!

I enjoyed this workout while watching the World Cup and decided to record some of it to inspire you to get up and move. Messy basement, fancy gym, or outside your body can’t tell the difference so just do what you can.

If you suspect or have been diagnosed with endometriosis, this video is for you. Pelvic floor physical therapy can be very helpful at learning to manage your symptoms such as pelvic pain.

I feel frustrated when my new clients tell me that they didn’t know physical therapy could help them because most of the time they didn’t not need to be struggling for as long as they have.

Whether you are new to the endometriosis community or have been around for a while, it’s never too late to talk to a pelvic health PT to discuss your options.

This race is looking to honor Bob's memory by doing what he loved to do most -- running (or walking) and also raising funds to donate to Project Purple (projectpurple.org). These funds will support critical research and patient aid, assisting in identifying effective treatments for a wider range of people. Currently, the five-year survival rate is only 13 percent, and there are no widely available early screening options. This effort also supports Project Purple’s mission of creating a world without pancreatic cancer.
