Mike G.: I had some very specific needs that were cheerfully and accurately met by customer service. They provided several options for me and offered some cost saving alternatives. At no time did I ever feel that I was being “upsold”. In fact, quite the opposite. Very easy to deal with.

Theodore M.: So far things have worked out and satisfied with the frames and lenses. I realize that the lenses are fog resistant ("EYE NVR/fog") and that seems to be the case, but my purchase included a set of prescription lenses inserts and I was wondering if those prescription lenses are also fog....
