We are looking for more Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help get more children off our waitlist!

We are looking for new RBTs to start in August and September - if you already have your RBT certification, the start date can be moved up! If you do not have a RBT certification, the August or September start date allows time for paid training and to pass the national certification exam.

Schedules can be part-time (under 30 hours) or full-time (over 30 hours) and pay starts at $16 an hour. If you are interested in a career in ABA, we do offer supervision to meet the requirements for BCBA certification.

We may be a bit late, but that just gives us more time to appreciate Rhiannon as our June employee of the month! Rhiannon joined our team in September of last year and has been an absolute joy to have ever since! She is welcoming to everyone she meets and we know any client with Rhiannon is in for a fun-filled session. She is compassionate in her interactions with others while helping push them to learn new skills. She makes learning so engaging kids do not realize just how much they are learning!

Rhiannon previously worked at a daycare before becoming an RBT and especially loves working with the toddlers in the clinic, although every client benefits from a session with her. When not being an outstanding RBT, Rhiannon enjoys listening to audio books, building lego sets, or diamond painting. Thank you so much Rhiannon for all the fun you bring each day to the clinic!

We are excited to announce that Haley is our April employee of the month! Haley joined ACCL in September of 2025, with previous experience working in a daycare setting. She brought with her a love for working with children and an ability to see the strengths in each child she works with. Over the past few months, she was quickly learned the techniques to be a great RBT and asks wonderful questions to deepen her knowledge in the field.

Haley has demonstrated time and again that she is willing to help out others when they need it and we are so thankful to have her here with us! She shows every day that she cares not only for the children she works with but her coworkers as well by being there to lend an ear or lend a hand. Outside of being a wonderful part of our team, Haley spends her time outside of work with her children. Thank you so much Haley for everything you do!

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma / GED or higher
• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain in stationary position (sitting, standing, crouching, kneeling) for extended periods of time

Daily Tasks:
• running programs designed by BCBA
• collecting and recording data
• participating in on-going training
• communicate with BCBA about client progress
• assist in material creation and set-up
• assist in behavior analytic assessments

Interested in one day becoming a BCBA? We provide BCBA fieldwork supervision to interested RBTs pursuing a BCBA career in ABA.

We are hopping with excitement to announce our March employee of the month is Sydney! Sydney became an RBT in September of last year and has grown leaps and bounds in her behavior analytic skills in the past 7 months. She came into the job with great attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn and connect with those around her. Since being here, we have been able to fully appreciate her ability to build meaningful connection with each client she works with and willingness to help others. We also really appreciate her questions, from thoughtful behavior analytic ones to polling the team about what color best suits them. It certainly brightens the clinic's day!

In addition to working as an RBT, Sydney is an active member of her church and is working on her bachelor's degree in theology. We are so happy to have her here with us and can't wait to see how she continues to grow! Thank you, Sydney!
