🧅 Okay… these sweet onions are HUGE! 🧅

One is about the size of a softball 🥎 and the other is about the size of a baseball ⚾️!

Now, there are certainly jumbo varieties of sweet onions, so size alone doesn’t tell us how an onion was grown. But it definitely makes you stop and think about what we’re putting into our bodies and where our food comes from. 🌱

There are so many different growing practices, varieties, fertilizers, and methods used to produce the food we eat. We’re not here to tell you what to think , we just think it’s interesting to look at the differences and ask questions about our food. 👀

This is a real photo from the garden and look closely… a cardinal and a little hummingbird perched along the garden fence. ❤️🐦

There’s something deeply special about the spiritual symbolism we often associate with these beautiful visitors. Cardinals are commonly seen as a reminder of loved ones, hope, strength, and the presence of something greater than ourselves. ❤️

And hummingbirds carry their own beautiful message, joy, resilience, lightness, and the reminder to slow down enough to appreciate the sweetness around us. 🌺
